If numbers aren’t your thing, or you don’t have the time or manpower to worry about the details that are required for accurate bookkeeping, then this service is for you.  KSL can perform all your bookkeeping transactions for you in QuickBooks. You provide the receipts and sales information, and we’ll enter it correctly into your accounting software, reconcile your accounts at month end, and provide monthly financial reports.

“Closing the Books”
If you feel confident that you can handle entering your everyday transactions, but want an experienced set of eyes to review and finalize everything at the end of the month, this is the service for you. KSL can handle any out of the ordinary transactions, perform data review on the transactions you’ve entered, reconcile accounts and provide monthly financial reports.

“Setting up the Books”
If you know you can take care of things once there’s a system in place, then this is what you need. KSL will set up your QuickBooks company file, including the chart of accounts and item, customer, vendor, and employee lists. We will also train you on the workflows and transactions you’ll use regularly, plus direct you to helpful resources for future questions.  Then you can take over and own your own books.
